Privacy Policy & Terms of Use

Effective October 2026

This policy explains what information Come Search Him (“the App,” “we,” “us”) collects through our iOS and Android apps and our website at comesearchhim.com how we use it, and the choices you have. The App is operated by Search Him Endeavors.

Information we collect

Information you give us. If you create an account, we collect your email address and an optional display name. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive only the name and email those services share with us. If you contact us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.

Information collected automatically.

• Puzzle progress, completed puzzles, streaks, and settings, so your progress is saved.

• Device and usage data, such as device type, operating system, app version, and which features are used.

• Crash and diagnostic logs, so we can fix bugs.

Purchases. Payments are processed by Apple or Google. We never see or store your card details. We receive only confirmation of what you purchased so we can unlock it.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, health data, or information about your religious practice beyond the puzzles you choose to play.

How we use information

• To run the App, save your progress, and sync it across devices.

• To deliver purchases and subscriptions you buy.

• To send notifications you turn on, such as a daily puzzle reminder.

• To understand how the App is used and improve it.

• To answer your questions and support requests.

• To protect the App and comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with data brokers, and we do not use it for targeted advertising across other companies’ apps or websites.

Service providers

We use a small number of trusted providers to operate the App. They may process data only on our behalf and under their own privacy commitments:

• Firebase to store accounts and progress

• Google Analytics for usage statistics

• Crash Reporting for diagnostics

• Apple App Store and Google Play for payments

We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger or sale of the App, in which case this policy will continue to protect it.

Data retention

We keep account and progress data while your account is active. Diagnostic and analytics data is kept for up to 24 months. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account at any time:

• In the App: Settings → Account → Delete Account.

• On the web: visit comesearchhim.com or email searching@comesearchhim.com with the subject “Delete my account.”

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel through your Apple or Google account settings.

Your choices and rights

• You can play without an account; progress is then stored only on your device.

• You can turn notifications off in your device settings.

• You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it by emailing us.

• Depending on where you live (for example California, Virginia, the EU, or the UK), you may have additional rights. We honor these requests for all users, wherever they live.

Children

The App is designed for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify you in the App before the changes take effect.
